Complete the Online Questionnaire for the Correct Contract, then complete the steps below to submit the complete file to Pinnacle.
- Log In to DotLoop & Select the Address
- Select "Add Person"
- Enter Pinnacle TCS in the Name field
- Click the box next to name "Add to my Team"
- Enter contracts@pinnacletcs.com in the Email field
- Click the Drop down box uner Role & select Transaction Coordinator
- Click the red box at the bottom "Add Person"
- After you complete this task, Pinnacle receives an invitation to join your loop!
One of our Team Transaction Coordinators will respond to you within 1 hour of receiving the invitation.
If you do not receive a response within 1 hour you may have misspelled the email or did not click the box to "Add to My Team". Please double check.

- You may send a message via WhatsApp if you choose but this step is not required.
- At the top right corner of the page, upload your PDF version of the Executed Contract, Executed Addenda, PreQual Letter & any documents related to the transaction.
One of our Team Transaction Coordinators will respond to you within 1 hour of receiving the online request.
