Hello, my name is Sebastien A. Jean-Felix and I am the Director of Systems and Operations here at Pinnacle Transaction Management. My role here at Pinnacle is to lead the design, optimization, and execution of the company’s operational infrastructure. Additionally I am responsible for building scalable systems, streamlining workflows, and ensuring that our technology, processes, and people functions in alignment to support growth and performance. Now while this is what I do let me give you some information about me, I was born in south Florida and raised here all my life. The reason I work here at Pinnacle is I have always had an interest in the real estate market ever since I was young, both of my parents work in it so I grew up around it and it developed into a passion I wanted to pursue when I was ready to.
I haven’t traveled a lot of places but my favorite I’ve visited so far is Texas because of the scenery they have there. My interests include both reading and learning about new online facts and skills.
Now a question people tend to ask me a lot is this as a employee at Pinnacle - what can I count on from you?
