Hello, my name is Sebastien A. Jean-Felix and I am the Director of Systems and Operations here at Pinnacle Transaction Management. My role here at Pinnacle is to lead the design, optimization, and execution of the company’s operational infrastructure. Additionally I am responsible for building scalable systems, streamlining workflows, and ensuring that our technology, processes, and people functions in alignment to support growth and performance. Now while this is what I do let me give you some information about myself, I was born and raised in South Florida. Real estate has always been a interest and passion of mine since I was young, stemming from my family from a investor and real estate agent point of view and it developed into a passion I wanted to pursue when I was ready to.
